Part Two Of Haarlem Along The Spaarne River

I nevertheless have pics of Haarlem I have not posted from my visit 2 years in the past!

Hah, took some time to post these however I just cannot allow them to slip away in my Picasa database of snap shots.

Even if its 2 years in the past, Haarlem does now not exchange. It in no way has considering centuries in the past =)

If you're seeking out a quickie and clean side journey, then Haarlem is the appropriate one. It takes about 15 mins with the train from Amsterdam Centraal (10 minutes from Amsterdam Sloterdijk) and is going every eight mins. With the auto is it approximately half an hour.

There are masses to see here in Haarlem. Check out this video: Haarlem Marketing. The metropolis is like a small sister of Amsterdam but with out the loopy vacationers. The Grote Markt (massive market rectangular) is my favored region within the city. It is the living room of Haarlem where every person comes together. Great for humans looking possibilities! Make positive you sit down here with a drink in hand.

Trivia: Did that Haarlem is older than Amsterdam? And that Haarlem is the capital of the North Holland province wherein Amsterdam is a part of? But Amsterdam but is the capital of the Netherlands.

I know, it's far a bit complex, haha!

Yup, just 15 minutes with the Intercity teach from Amsterdam Centraal.

Here are my other posts approximately Haarlem in the course of this visit:
