I located Prachtig bar-restaurant on line after attempting to find eating places with a view. It's one of the eating places in Rotterdam with an outdoor terrace and a high-quality view of the metropolis, of the River Maas and the metropolis's symbol, the Erasmus Bridge (Erasmusbrug).
We had been right here in June, the peak of the summer time but the climate in the Netherlands is sort of a (scorned) female, very unpredictable, and so it turned into a gray, bloodless and moist day. Dutchman and I started with a shared starter of rare cooked lamb chops. Apart from the stunning presentation, Dutchman did not really liked this dish, although I located it quite nice actually.
For our mains, I went for a grilled cod fillet and steamed mussels on a bed of creamy risotto. The Dutchman settled for a big burger and a pickle with a aspect of fries.
The food become scrumptious and the shows had been all high-quality, completely upholding the name of the restaurant. But the creaminess of the risotto turned into a bit overpowering my tastebuds, and the element become simply an excessive amount of as nicely. I absolutely could not end everything and it relatively destroyed my urge for food in the direction of the give up of the dinner.
The Dutchman however did not preferred a great deal the big and less compact style of the burger. It changed into difficult for him to devour eveything deconstructed, haha. He did say even though that the meat became tender and superb, however he was not a fan of the relaxation of the stuff brought to the burger.
