Italy Getting Married In Modena

In Modena I witnessed a bride arrived in a antique hippie gypsy style mild blue Volkswagen van.

The complete wedding entourage wore purple flower headdresses, even the digicam and photographer crew. Although before my time, the topic reminds me of the 1960's Flower Power style style.

Dogs embellished in pastel colored plants and lace ribbon sashes round their necks have been a part of the entourage and visitors as nicely. Then the dashing groom emerged from the cheering crowd to satisfy his lovely bride, with an escort canine in tow. Well plainly each of them have their personal escort puppies!

The bride and groom have been wed at the Modena City Hall on Piazza Grande. The reception observed on the restaurant just below the City Hall which may be very handy.

May and June, tis the season for weddings.
