Netherlands The Pyramids (De Piramides) In Amsterdam West

A modern day apartment inspired by the ancient pyramids in Egypt and the 17th century Dutch step gable architecture.

This location wherein the building stands is in reality very close to to my office. But I hardly ever go out and walk during lunch breaks after I am in Amsterdam, however, in this precise sunny September day, I determined to take a stroll with my digicam.

The condo is located on Jan van Galenstraat now not too far far from the Westerpark in Amsterdam West. I discover this building actually catchy and precise. I quite love it.

From time to time I do publish cool and interesting structure (also artwork and design stuff) that I discover regionally here in the Netherlands and for the duration of my travels as nicely on this weblog.

The building complicated has eighty two residences divided into 2 towers and each tower has its very own carry. The architects behind this building are Sjoerd Soeters and Jos van Eldonk of Soeters Van Eldonk Architects.
